Please note that when ordering, 1 oz of loose-leaf tea gives you about 3-4 Tablespoons or approximately 6-12 cups of tea, depending on the leaf size and density or weight of the tea - usually you can steep these twice due to the potency of the tea.
All teas are mixed thoroughly and measured on a digital scale with the most accuracy, so you will receive the optimal mix of herbs/spices.
***Instructions for steeping all teas: Measure one or two teaspoons of tea and pour over 8 oz of hot filtered water. Let steep for 5-12 minutes for optimal taste. Add honey or sweetener of your choice.
