Golden Immune Honey Syrup

Soothing, sweet, and supportive (not for children under 1 year).

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Echinacea angustifolia root

  • 2 tbsp Echinacea purpurea

  • 2 cups water

  • ½–¾ cup raw honey

  • Optional: lemon peel or ginger

Simmer herbs until liquid reduces to about 1 cup. Strain, cool slightly, then stir in honey. Refrigerate.

This syrup feels like sunshine in a spoon.
